We produce our wines with conventional methods. During making the wine we don’t use any chemical additives. At the harvest we pick healthy grapes by hand. Red grapes are fermented for 15-25 days.We make white and rosé wines with reductive method, whilst dry red wines are aged in wooden barrels. In case of red wines we apply malolactic fermentation thus wines have smoother tasting acids. The sulphur level of wines is kept at the necessary minimum.
